Course Fees

All payments made towards course registrations, educational programs, mentorships, workshops, or digital products are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or official support channels. Approval of cancellation requests shall be at the sole discretion of XedTech.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to attend sessions
  • Lack of usage of course materials
  • Dissatisfaction due to market outcomes or trading losses

Technical Issues

In genuine cases involving technical access issues from our side, we may provide alternative access, support, or replacement instead of monetary refunds.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks without contacting support may result in suspension of access to services.
